If you're unsure what to do, best follow the step-by-step procedure at WP:RMCLOSE#Closing the requested move — i.e. replace {{Requested move/dated|...}} with {{subst:RM top|'''RESULT'''}}, and place {{subst:RM bottom}} below the discussion you are closing. You can use the DiscussionCloser script to do this automatically. As an additional note: As a non-admin closer you must use {{subst:rmnac}} in your closing message to inform others of that fact. Page moves[edit]

You did not complete the page move from Talk:Bryce Hall (American football), as Bryce Hall led to a redirect instead of a disambiguation page, and you left all Bryce Hall links alone without fixing them. As others have stated on your talk page, please leave administrative actions to administrators or more experienced users. Further disruption will result in a block. The last three or four you've closed were not performed correctly and required others to step in and clean up your mess, so I disagree with your interpretation of your own actions. I am the fourth user to offer you this "advice" in the past three days. Many users on Wikipedia might never close a discussion in their entire tenure, and I suggest you focus on non-administrative areas of Wikipedia while you gain experience with how the website and community works. There are a ton of backlogs that could use some assistance if you're willing! See Wikipedia:Backlog for the full list (ignore the "Administrative" category since that's specifically for use by administrators), and I think Category:Biography articles without listas parameter is a pretty simple but huge backlog that you could help out with! Eagles247, right after reflecting on all this last night and thinking it through i’ve decided to return to editing, i retired as i wasn’t really in the mood and i felt as if i snapped at you, i apologise if i did, i was quite upset for non-wiki reasons and i took it a bit far, i look, forward to contributing more in the future.
