The article Batheo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable, probably COI spam.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Batheo) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it it represents a corporate entity or web site rather than you as an individual, and therefore risks being blocked indefinitely. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. ~Amatulić (talk) 00:48, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Changing my username[edit]

Hi Wikipedia Team and/or Amatulić, I have read the guidelines to changing my username and would like to request changing it to "Gamehelper" as I possibly intend to continue contributing to game related articles within wikipedia in the future. I have used the search engine provided within the guidelines of change of username and have one user with the username "Gamehelper123456". If the name "Gamehelper" violates any regulation, policy, or terms of use, please let me know and I will think of another name to use. Thanks again Amatulić for addressing this matter and providing a solution to it. --Batheo (talk) 07:23, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Click here to file a request to change it. The way the system is set up, only you can file the request.Beeblebrox (talk) 03:33, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Batheo - please make sure to follow the directions at the link that Beeblebrox sent to you above to ensure your account isn't disabled.  7  23:11, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I was able to make a request for a name change. Thank you Beeblebrox and  7 . I didn't know where to go for requesting a name change and so your information really helped. --Batheo (talk) 07:15, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Message to Wikipedia[edit]

Hello Wikipedia team! That is a lot of articles to go through so I apologize in advance if I do not resolve all the concerns and problems immediately. I have been notified about the concerns of conflict of interest, notability, and username. It is my fault for blindly posting an article without reading all of the policies and understand completely if the article must be deleted if I fail to meet the requirements in time. I am hoping that once the structure of the article has been set that other editors will contribute to the article to clear all doubt of conflict of interest. I am still improving on the article and hope that it will be a reputable contribution to the site. I do wish to change my username since it is the name of the article I am contributing and have no intention of representing my contributions as the creator of the game I’m writing on. I will look into how to change my username through the link that Amatulic has sent me as soon as possible. Thanks again and I hope that you will continue to help me through my first contribution. --Batheo (talk) 02:05, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Batheo for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Batheo is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Batheo until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. OSborn arfcontribs. 21:27, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Gamehelper: The way to keep this article from being deleted is to find more reliable sources to reference. If it does get deleted, I have recommended that the article be moved to a sub-page in your user space (like User:Gamehelper/Batheo or something similar) so that you can work on the article at your leisure prior to moving it back into main article space. If the article is deleted and not "userfied", drop me a note and I'll restore the deleted article to your space. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:39, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
That sounds good. Thank you so much for all your help Amatulić, I really appreciate it. --Gamehelper (talk) 02:50, 8 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder[edit]

Hi Batheo - just a quick reminder to follow the username change directions mentioned here. Thanks.  7  23:12, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you'd like me to userfy the article for you, let me know. I will recreate the article in your userspace and provide you with a link to it so you can work on it. SilkTork *YES! 13:17, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize for replying so late. I became dreadfully busy and failed to update the article to prevent deletion. I would gladly accept the offer of userfying the article so that I can perhaps continue working on it in the future. If this cannot be done any longer, that's fine. Just let me know either way. Thank you for your help as well as the aid of everyone else. --Gamehelper (talk) 02:29, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
