@Zzuuzz: Thank you, I've 403'd the image in case it's ever needed again. I only plan to use this alternate account for very limited purpose, making WP:ERs on Fredrick Brennan/8chan/perhaps 2channel, so if you need to contact me, please contact this account so I see it quicker. Unfortunately, I am not exactly sure how to square my situation with meta:Global locks as you've suggested...so I plan to just assume nothing will happen.
