Based on your user name and the reference on the image to "my website www.finghincollins.com" I am assuming this is an autobiography. The article looks to be about a notable subject :-) so I have no difficulty with it at all and am not proposing it for deletion. I fully appreciate you are new to the project. It is just that autobiography can be a tricky topic on the wikipedia, hence the guideline. There is a tag which I will place on the talk page which will link you and the article see for example Talk:Jimmy Wales which uses the tag ( {{Notable Wikipedian|Jimbo Wales|Wales, Jimbo}}.

The image tag generates automatically when there is a restricted licence. I am not clear whether you own the copyright or whether it is the photographer. I believe the Wikipedia:Fair use is probably the way to go. I will retag with {{Promophoto}} for the present hoping I have captured your intentions correctly. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
