Legal threat??????[edit]

Also, it looks suspiciously that you made a legal threat with this edit. I would suggest that you please clarify or retract that statement. Legal threats on Wikipedia are a blockable offense. See also Wikipedia:No legal threats. Please don't take things personally on Wikipedia, it is only a stylistic issue you are talking about. (the flag issue). Where do you find a legal threat? Please read what I wrote about the flag. It is a fact. There is no implication whatsoever that my stating this fact constitutes a legal threat by me. If every time an honest person stated the fact that something "can be questioned legally" they were to be threatened as "blockable" you would mean to restrict free speech here. That's a basic human right I am not willing to give up. I have been threatened and insulted completely without cause. I am being bullied and am ready to give up on English Wikipedia any minute, as so many others have. "Only a stylistic issue"? Are you blind to all the supercilious wording used by that editor, designed to make everybody else feel insignificant and subservient (or why else)? To me and others? Page after page of it? Why are you, if so? Your comment/warning/threat here is unfair to me. Please do not take sides against me and make this even more personal! I am very uncomfortable about it already. On behalf of my Board, I would like to say that I am deeply sorry that you have been subjected to insulting language like "jumped up and down and cried foul because someone edited a caption", plus many other insults, and that you have been treated so unfairly and disagreeably by several EnW editors. Thank you for what you have tried to do, in your own way. Here at Södermalm we are convinced that your efforts have been in good fatih and well intentioned, from the beginning, and we have seen how unappreciated they have been by several people who have gone out of their way to put you down. The sentence "The right to publish the U.S. flag, or restrict its use according to unworthy polices, policed by people like you, can certainly be questioned legally." could be construed as a legal threat. Regarding free speech, you don't have it on Wikipedia, see Wikipedia:Free speech. About the flag, I haven't seen any supercilious wording by that editor to you. I suggest you read his/her words over again. It really is only a stylistic issue. Whether or not a little icon (flag) is placed is just stylistic. Dear Garion96: If I have one of our American lawyers write to you here and advise you that your accusations against Fiandonca re: a legal threat are unfounded, would that also "be construed as a legal threat"? We have over 5000 members in eight countries, so I think I can find someone to allay any possible fears you may have about her having threatened anyone. Please go easy on this lady, will you? Please do not put anything else here to upset or frighten her. Please do not use words like "threat" anymore at all or question the way she feels she has been treated.
