Assume Good Faith

Hi. Your contributions and input to talk page discussions will be taken with greater consideration if you did not preface them with suggestions that other editors are editing to some kind of biased agenda. Please assume good faith on the part of others, and that courtesy will be returned. You may have a point with some of your edits, but suggesting that others are deliberately attempting to mislead the reader will not win you any support. Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 16:11, 30 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please remember to assume good faith when dealing with other editors, which you did not do on Talk:Maria Sharapova. Thank you. Wolbo (talk) 13:11, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Comments you have made in the last couple of days about other editors, to list a few;

  • "ignorance"
  • "obsessed fanatics"
  • "bitter hater"
  • "idiotic"

are disruptive and against Wikipedia policy regarding civility. I would suggest you take a deep breath and calm down before commenting on articles any further. I believe you are trying to contribute positively, but your attitude towards other editors will have to change radically if you are to last much longer here. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 18:50, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Serena Williams, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. This has been explained to you on the talk page. Please keep things civil and try to be constructive in convincing others. Fyunck(click) (talk) 22:50, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Serena Williams, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Wolbo (talk) 22:54, 31 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Serena Williams shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
