May I ask the reason for the nomination? I corrected the article according to the suggestions I received (fixed orphan and improved categories). Did I misunderstand them? If the problem is the content that was added afterwards, I removed it to clearly see the cause of the issue.
Thank you for your response. Fact and Curious (talk) 16:53, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I sometimes when a new article is created that is borderline notable, they will get nominated for a deletion discussion. It just means that the Wikipedia community will discuss if the article meets the notability guidelines. Essentially, the more sources an article has from independent and reliable news sources, the safer it will be. This one is borderline. Feel free to reply here if you have any questions. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Fact and Curious. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Alison Green, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. User:Scope creep, surely you noticed what I saw also: a bunch of useless minor edits (look--citing Discogs?), followed by the creation of a promotional article. Fact and Curious, please explain.
