For the record.

I looked into it. You are the one who kept changing the Nexus page to be called "New Management". You know I just want to tell you 4 years later, now that in the video games, via the announcers, even the nameplates, the group under CM Punk was OFFICIALLY 'The New Nexus'. So all of those revisions and fight after fight to keep the article under the stupid "New Management" title was for nothing. Myself and I counted the other 23 editors that changed this because your title was incorrect are relieved that your incorrect notion of the title is now void.Don't believe me? I'd love to send you a video of the nameplate of Otunga and Mcguillicuty referred to as The New Nexus, The WWE 12, 13, and 14 games having the option to use "The New Nexus" as a team name, and countless times the announcers called the Nexus under CM Punk The New Nexus, never 'New Management', or simply 'Nexus'....always 'The New Nexus'. So thanks for wasting mine and twenty other peoples times by editing it to read "new Management". That was more annoying than anything and I'm glad I found the self righteous culprit responsible for the travesty. Please bear with me as I am, for all intents and purposes (as evidenced by my edit history over the past couple of years), semi-retired from the English Wikipedia project. With that said, let me see if I understand this correctly: after nearly four years in which time we have never had contact of any form nor in any capacity (and we did not have any prior to that point), you saw it necessary to come to this talk page, and write out the above diatribe.
You, further, have chosen to engage me for acting with regards to something that I can barely remember. To that end, I perused through almost four calendar years of edits to find the singular edit directly regarding the topic of the title. Within that edit, I asked for the editor whom I reverted to provide the source for their change. While there were indeed other edits where the name was reverted, it was with relation those edits either being in contradictory towards the WikiProject's own-stated Manual of Style, and/or a result of the edits having been made without the usage of a source (whether it be reliable or not); these factors are not mutually exclusive. Some examples of such edits can be seen here, here, here, and here, but are not limited to this sample.
It should be noted that this brouhaha is related to the name of an article's section, not the name of an article; and that the section name was no longer modified once it had become established and a reliable source was provided for it.
You also apparently saw fit to engage in belittlement, and petty name calling. Your actions have evidenced that good faith is not on the table. Additionally, your feeling aggrieved by an act that occurred 4 years ago, and choosing to act in this manner over an edit that is no longer relevant to the scope of the article in question, is somewhat disconcerting. Please take a moment to read up on unacceptable talk page behavior, and know that further behavior that demonstrates a desire to continue along this course of action will be reported to the administrators' noticeboard for incidents. Calling you self rightous is not in violation of good faith, unless you are being overly sensitive to the subject matter. I guess wikipedia doesn't allow for any type of name calling, and for reason alone I apologize, however disagree with you still. Your long winded politically correct explanation is fine but doesn't hold much ground when you evaluate the links provided. Sourcing for the title of sub context is not necessary in all cases, when the change is logical and based on what is provided. Nowhere was I going to find an article "Now The New Nexus". The name simply changed, as simple as that. And for the record ::You also responded in an insulting manner questioning my mindset for calling out your over reactions, and belittling me. Your actions have evidenced that good faith is not on your table either. Calling another person self-righteous does indeed demonstrate a lack of good-faith, and is further compounded by the manner in which you chose to carry through your course of action.
To begin, as previously mentioned, the mere act of hounding the talk page of someone after 4 years is, for all intents and purposes, the very definition of Wikihounding.. This is classifiable as Harrassment.
Secondly, your non-apology apology further demonstrates your immature manner in approaching interactions on Wikipedia, and the explicitly demonstrated sarcasm in the tone of your response, stating "I guess wikipedia doesn't allow for any type of name calling" flatly demonstrates that you do not understand one of the primary, and oldest policies in place on Wikipedia. One of the very points of the policy with regards to Civility on Wikipedia quite explicitly states, in no uncertain terms, "Avoid name-calling". Compounded with the above, the totality of your actions amount to nothing more than a personal attack.
To continue, regardless of whether or not the name "simply changed," the standing policy of Wikipedia is that all edits must be verifiable. Verifiability is a core tenet of Wikipedia. In it's opening paragraph, it states the following:
I have emphasized the "must" of this statement as it states unambiguously that you must provide a source. It is granted that there is some leeway to be had in these things; and you state that you could not find a source verifying that the new name of the group was "The New Nexus". However, despite that - and what appears to have been a general consensus by other editors who were editing the article in question at the time, you still felt compelled to reject this, and make changes that ran counter to such. This is the very definition of disruptive editing on Wikipedia.
Finally, you have continued to demonstrate a disregard for etiquette, and further decided to cap your run by flatly copying and pasting the latter portion of my prior reply. At this point, these actions are, in my personal opinion, classifiable as childish and immature. While it may admittedly seem uncivil to say so, I do not desire an apology from you. All I ask is that you please refrain from continuing along your current course of action, and move on. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ② 03:39, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
Can you Remove our argument here from last year off of your talk page? I would appreciate it as I am using this account more seriously, and this was petty and foolish at the time. Museum hacks and museum edits

Hello there!

Upcoming events:

  • February 6–8: The third annual ArtBytes Hackathon at the Walters Art Museum! This year Wikimedia DC is partnering with the Walters for a hack-a-thon at the intersection of art and technology, and I would like to see Wikimedia well represented.
  • February 11: The monthly WikiSalon, same place as usual. RSVP on Meetup or just show up!
  • February 15: Wiki Loves Small Museums in Ocean City. Mary Mark Ockerbloom, with support from Wikimedia DC, will be leading a workshop at the Small Museum Association Conference on how they can contribute to Wikipedia. Tons of representatives from GLAM institutions will be present, and we are looking for volunteers. If you would like to help out, check out "Information for Volunteers".

I am also pleased to announce events for Wikimedia DC Black History Month with Howard University and NPR. Details on those events soon.

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Non-free album cover being used in a decorative manner in Constantine (film)#Soundtrack. Non-free album cover art is generally allowed to be used for primary identification purposes in stand-alone articles about albums, but its use in other articles is generally only allowed when the cover art itself is the subject of sourced critical commentary as explained in WP:NFC#cite_note-3 and the context for non-free use required by WP:NFCC#8 is evident. There is no such commentary for this particular album cover anywhere in the article, and the use of soundtrack album cover art in articles about films or TV programs is generally not allowed for this reason as explained in WP:FILMSCORE.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
