Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. With respect to your note about the above at the article's talk, I just wanted to stop by and let you know how to verify this authorization of permission. Since Wikipedia does not have a procedure for verifying identity at account creation, we must have external verification of all permission to use previously published material. There are basically two ways to go about it. The easiest is to have Mr. Elisi place a notice at the external site indicating that he is releasing the material into public domain or under the license of GFDL. If Mr. Elisi is willing to do that, then you can make a note indicating that he has done so and providing a direct link to the release at the article's talk page, which will allow us to publish the contents. (Please note that the release must be sufficiently broad. Wikipedia's contents must be free for modification and reuse, commercially or otherwise, and the release must be irrevocable. The only right that our contributors retain is the right to attribution.) If Mr. Elisi does not wish to post a release at the website, he does have the option of verifying his permission via e-mail. The procedure for requesting that he do so, including a boilerplate release form which he may use, can be found at WP:Permission. (You can also read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.) This process is a little slower, as it may take about a week for the permission letter to be cleared and logged.

Since the article still contains material from that external site, it has been blanked in compliance with policy pending verification. As soon as verification is received, the material can be restored, although the article would at that point benefit from the addition of secondary sources to verify information. Primary sources are fine for adding detail, but Wikipedia strives to base its articles on published, secondary accounts.

Update regarding copyright concern

Since we do not yet have verification of permission by the processes set out above and sufficient time has passed since the placement of the notice, the article has been deleted for copyright concerns. This deletion is not necessarily permanent. If you have already sent a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL), the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed by the Wikimedia Communications committee. Likewise, if you have not yet sent a letter, you still may, and the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed.

As Wikipedia does not require proof of identity on account creation, it is essential that we receive external proof of authorization in order to ensure that we remain compliant with US Copyright law. It is also essential that we verify that copyright holders understand the extent of the release they are authorizing, in that GFDL permits modification and reuse in any forum, even commercial publication, as long as authorship credit is maintained.
