The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Dear SK2242,

Thank you for your message. I am not being directly or indirectly compensated for my edits. I work for a startup and want to increase the number of articles on Wikipedia about women and minorities in the startup ecosystem and investment firms with a gender-diverse team. I recently came up with this idea, so I haven't created/ edited a lot of Wikipedia articles yet. This will increase with time. Best wishes, Emma
