Since i'm from Philippines and a newbie to wikipedia. only converge i've used for my internet as isp provider but seems blocked from editing (some sources that I can contribute) due to peer-to-peer proxy service and i'm not using vpn for some reasons.

Update 2: wrong ip. i checked at windows settings it's different. my ip is 136.158.30.116 and my DNS is 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
