Information icon Hello, I'm Sro23. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Callie Hernandez, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Sro23 (talk) 00:56, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Kenny htv. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Lee Sun-bin (actress) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Titles of films, television series, etc. should be italicized, Oh Min-suk, Kwon So-hyun (actress), etc[edit]

I have noticed what you have done for months.

I really don't understand why you waste so much time and effort to undo and re-do what is already correct, even after many messages left by different editors. If everybody don't follow the guidelines set by Wikipedia, why have them in the first place. If someone "do" and another one "undo", there is no end to it. Everybody will be wasting their time for nothing. Although someone said "an italics dispute is not vandalism", I think the Wikipedia team should act immediately to stop such activities, whether it is vandalism or not.

If you really insist on your own style, create your own page. At least, you don't messed up other people's efforts.Jjaey (talk) 04:31, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Jang Dong-yoon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Jang Hee-ryung moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Jang Hee-ryung, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. — InsertCleverPhraseHere 10:04, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources.[edit]

Hello, please read through WP:KO/RS for a list of reliable sources relating to Korean Articles. Please also note that Korean names are romanised with a lower case letter for the second half (for example; Yoon Seon-ha, not Yoon Seon-Ha). Sources[edit]

Hi. Please note that everything you add to WP needs to be verified with reliable sources. The burden is with YOU to provide the sources as you add text to an article. Reliable sources[edit]

Hello, I'm Alexanderlee. I noticed that in this edit of Ji Yoon-ho you cited Soompi as a source. Please refrain from citing websites such as Soompi, Allkpop and other websites such as these, as they are not reliable sources. If you need help with identifying reliable sources you can take a look at this article to get an idea of what sources you should and shouldn't use for articles relating to Korea. If you're unsure why exactly Soompi and Allkpop are unreliable, you can take a look through the talk page of that article - particularly here and here. I hope this helps you, and have a good day! Do not remove reliable references and citation tags from articles, as you did at Oh Yeon-ah. Articles must be reliably sourced - especially those which are essentially just a filmography list with no other information. Alexanderlee (talk) 05:25, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Could you add your source for this edit please? Thanks, Nzd (talk) 17:12, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have added {{cn}} tags as you have not responded or taken any action (despite continuing to edit). Please find the time to add your source(s), otherwise I'm afraid the edit will have to be reverted (I'm hoping I won't have to do that as this is information I have been looking for myself). Also, could you please respect the date formats in use for articles on British subjects. Most will have a tag at the top saying {{Use dmy dates}}, which means you should use the format "9 December 2017". Thanks, Nzd (talk) 10:24, 9 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Given your silence, your edits have been reverted. If you would like to readd this information, citing a reliable source, please do so. Nzd (talk) 10:49, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sources.[edit]

Hello. This is actually the fourth time I've come to talk to you about sources, and I notice that a few others have also left messages for you regarding sources. Do not remove reliable sources from articles. Articles must be reliably sourced and there is no reason for you to remove reliable sources, as you did here, here, and here to list the most recent. If you need help with this, you can read through WP:KO/RS for a list or reliable and unreliable sources for articles relating to Korea. HanCinema and Naver People Search, which you removed earlier today without reason, are both listed as reliable sources. Alexanderlee (talk) 18:18, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I don’t understand why this is such an issue for you, but again, stop removing reliable sources from articles, as you just did to Lee Elijah. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jacob Mishler, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page University Heights (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Information icon Hello, I'm Nzd. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Alfred Chalkley, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. The article Kim Hye-in has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here) 07:20, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, can you please add your sources to Baek Chul-min? At the moment it only have external links, which means suggestions for further reading rather than sources used in the writing of the article. As it is a biography of a living person, the sources need to be clear and WP:INLINECITED. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 21:36, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Communication and sources[edit]

WP:Communication is required on Wikipedia, not just polite. You haven't responded to the four messages I've sent you about sourcing issues in your creations, which include about the unreferenced biography of a living person, Baek Chul-min. Are you aware that external links means suggestions for further reading and not sources used in the creation of the article? Do you know that biographies of living people need WP:INLINECITED sources? You have also received numerous messages and warnings from other editors about not adding reliable sources; please see WP:V.

When you create surname pages and make statements about their prevalence and origin, these should be cited. Surname articles are articles andd follow their usual rules, see Tancharoen, Geirczak etc. Boleyn (talk) 07:15, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please respond to the above? Boleyn (talk) 16:51, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not remove citation needed templates, as you did at Tancharoen, unless you are adding a citation. Please respond to the many messages I have sent. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 10:12, 1 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article Baek Chul-min has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

fails WP:ANYBIO not enough sources to pass GNG article created by a blocked sockmaster, delete as per WP:DENY

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
