Language Help[edit]

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me identify the language that User:Tatobay.weekly is editing in. I had several different options eliminated at the reference desk so I was wondering if you could tell me if it is Pashto or not so I can try to track someone down to help me communicate with him/her. Thanks for your time, LlamaDude78 (talk) 11:37, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for January 17[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Zee Cine Awards 2012, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Siddique and Dum Maro Dum (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Help request[edit]

Hello, I saw that you spoke several languages, and I'm wondering if you can help with two things:

  1. I'm trying to find linkages in other wikipedias to Swara (custom) as well as Baad (practice). However, I don't know how these are spelled in other South Asian languages. I was able to link Swara (custom) to the urdu page, but I'm wondering if there is also a similar page in Hindi wikipedia, or even others. (I've also proposed merging Swara with Vani, please weigh in at Talk:Swara (custom) on that proposal.
  2. For Baad (practice), it would be great to have the original pashtun language version of the word in the english article, as this would help in searching for other sources. Can you add the pashtun version of "baad" to the lede of Baad (practice)? Thanks! --Obi-Wan Kenobi (talk) 22:22, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
