A tag has been placed on Mathematics Laboratory - An alternate Method of teaching, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Ironholds (talk) 06:00, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Even if the article you created survives this speedy deletion proposal, the fact remains that in its present form it neglects standard Wikipedia conventions on how articles should be written. In particular it lacks links. And all the capital letters in the title would be appropriate if it's the title of a book or the like, but generally not otherwise. Your first article[edit]

Please see Your first article.

  1. Make sure the subject is notable enough to have their own article.
  2. Find references
  3. Make sure no article on the subject exists under a different title by typing the subject into the search box to the left (←) and clicking 'Search'
  4. Type the page name in the search box to the left (←) and click 'Go'
  5. Click 'Create this page'
  6. Create the article, including all your references, making sure you adhere to the Manual of Style and our article layout
  7. Be aware that Wikipedia deletes thousands of new articles for failing to adhere to our policies and guidelines. New articles by new users are at extra risk of deletion, due to new users' unfamiliarity with our rules. Consider gaining experience by editing existing articles before attempting to create new ones.
