Second, the entire tone of this page is overly promotional. One promotional sentence was deleted, but the draft is promotional. Please take that into account in moving any language from here into the draft in draft space. See comments about minor references. The references to Huffington Post, MadameNoire, and Forbes appear to be in-depth sources.
