Thank you for thinking about April with music in mind! - I thanked him Seiji Ozawa, and have the story of Helga Paris today, a photographer of houses and faces. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:18, 13 February 2024 (UTC)

Thank you for scheduling! By chance I looked at Wikipedia:Today's featured article, and find the three listed TFAs confusing, - do you see the same? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:50, 15 February 2024 (UTC)

We've listed the current and next two TFAs at the bottom of WP:TFA forever; I imagine people would have complained by now if they didn't like it, but I don't know. - Dank (push to talk) 15:23, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
Nothing wrong with that, but they seem misnamed, - the so-called "current" is the one of two days ago, "tomorrow" is yesterday's, and "in two days finally" is the current. - I don't dare to fix because I don't understand the template syntax for the dates. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:01, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
I can't help with technical stuff. I also saw a two-day-old TFA, but when I purged the page, it fixed it (at least for me). But that's the extent of my technical knowledge. - Dank (push to talk) 16:08, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
Purging might be an idea, thank you! - The image, taken on a cemetery last year after the funeral of a distant but dear family member, commemorates today, with thanks for their achievements, four subjects mentioned on the Main page and Vami_IV, a friend here. Listen to music by Tchaikovsky (an article where one of the four is pictured), sung by today's subject (whose performance on stage I enjoyed two days ago). --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:54, 20 February 2024 (UTC)

WP:FLC Query

Hi Dank, Josh sent me this way since I had a query about Plant Featured Lists. Just wondering if you could take a quick look at foliosum to let me know if it seems like its format could work at FLC. I'm not familiar with the space but want to try to get something to FLC this year. If I were to finish filling out the list from the databases present, would it have merit there? Further, what information could be included in the lead that would be useful and help to flesh it out? Thank you for any guidance you can provide! If this works out I'm hoping to make this a series that I can keep working on in the future. Fritzmann (message me) 13:21, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

Hi Fritzmann, thanks for working on this. The answer is: I never know. The best route is to ask at some point (probably at WT:PLANTS) what they'd recommend ... they might want to include foliosus and foliosa, or not include marine animals, or not include synonyms, or draw on additional sources for plant names ... I never know what people think is the "right" way to construct the list. If you'd rather just take a shot at WP:FLC and see what happens without asking, I have no objection, but I wouldn't personally feel comfortable supporting until other WP:Plants people weigh in. - Dank (push to talk) 13:41, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
Great, I'll post something there. It's always difficult to work on something new without the established guideposts. It will be good to establish consensus for this kind of article, which I think is a good type to start making! Fritzmann (message me) 16:00, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

Thank you today bringing Appalachian Spring to the Main page today, - I also made it my story. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:02, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Beautiful pictures of sites in Darmstadt and along the Rhine. I've check out the links, so I'll archive this now. - Dank (push to talk) 16:20, 6 April 2024 (UTC)
