When and if a single is announced on a reliable source (ie. not something you heard on a web forum), an article can be made for that single. Once it was "One Shot", followed-up by "Want It", than it was "Heartbreaker", and "Hold Me Down", not it is "Touching My Body" ... You just can't wait?)
Section like "Tentative singles" are non-essential for an article ...
