None of the sources satisfy the requirement of significant coverage in secondary sources. Most of the sources don't even mention the locomotive once. rrpicturearchives and trainweb are self-published sources unacceptable for use on Wikipedia. Hyde and Sanders only confirms that the locomotive existed. This locomotive almost certainly does not meet WP:GNG.
