Assuming Irish Birds is a journal, you need to add the authors, article title year, and issue and give the article page range (unless it really is just a one-page article). If it's a book, this article uses short form plus cited text format.

If you use citejournal, <ref name= >{{cite journal |last= |first= |coauthors= |year= |title= | journal= | volume= | pages=– | url = |doi=|jstor= |issue=}}</ref>, that will save me reformatting, but not obligatory.
