This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of The white tiger (Adiga), and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: The White Tiger. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. White Tiger[edit]

The White Tiger already exists about the book by Aduja. I would suggest that if you want to make an article about a different subject, also called the White Tiger, that you make a different page (called something like The White Tiger (something), where something is a subject area, and create it there. Later on, if disambiguation is needed, a discussion can be held about moving pages and such. Thanks! -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 20:05, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to The White Tiger. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Versus22 talk 20:07, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

White Tiger -- what you would want to do[edit]

OK, I've been following this too...

One problem was that you didn't move The White Tiger, you copy-and-pasted it, which is not allowed, since it breaks the chain of attribution needed for compliance with the GFDL.

Here's what you want to do.

  1. Create a new article called The White Tiger (Nathan novel) -- and please note the capitalization.
  2. Once the article is sufficiently referenced and has survived the first few days :-), then we can discuss moving the current The White Tiger article to something like The White Tiger (Adiga novel), and then turning the existing page into a disambiguation page.

If you don't do it that way, you're probably going to spend a lot of time being reverted.

Hope that helps.... -- ArglebargleIV (talk) 21:09, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Allright. I'll do it this way. Thank you very much for your help. Chmoul (talk) 22:21, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
