You have a message[edit]

Hello, ChHP211. You have new messages at Whpq's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

A tag has been placed on The Houses of Love requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hang on}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. Status and Advice[edit]

You said on the talk p. "I deserve to have my article on here because this is the interent and we can post whatever we want.". As reviewing administrator, I must tell you that this is not the case. This is not a site like Facebook, where you can indeed post almost anything you might care to write. It's an online encyclopedia . An encyclopedia is a place where people go to find information a out things that are notable. Self-published novels almost never are, and the AfD confirmed so for this one also. Do not introduce it again, please. DGG ( talk ) 00:28, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You need to show notability through references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. For a book, this usually consists of published book reviews in newspapers or reputable magazines. Until you have such information, do not reinsert the article. Please see the discussion at the AfD for the material, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Houses of Love. DGG ( talk ) 00:52, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article The Houses of Love has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Self-published book (lulu.com) that fails all notability requirements, including WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on The Houses of Love, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. First Light (talk) 00:54, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

February 2011[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with The Houses of Love. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Repeated recreation of deleted article - The Houes of Love By: Christopher T. Henderson[edit]

This is your only warning; if you create an inappropriate page again, as you did at The Houes of Love By: Christopher T. Henderson, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. ttonyb (talk) 16:42, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Harry Potter. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. —Ute in DC (talk) 17:40, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:50, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest policy and notability guidelines. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Please stop adding your self-published book to articles. DGG gave you some good advice above at User talk:ChHP211#Status and Advice on why your book is not notable and why it is inappropriate for you to continue to advertise your book. I have blocked you temporarily, but if you return from the block and continue to post the same or similar content, you may find yourself blocked indefinitely. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:00, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Christopher T. Henderson[edit]

Hi, you are the author of this page. If it is to be kept, it must pass the general notability guideline. Second, it must have good sources. Third, it must be formatted correctly. If all of these are met, it might be kept. See WP:DEV for more information. You may also want to use the article wizard. Regards, --T H F S W (T · C · E) 22:02, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article List of True Jackson, VP episodes, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. -- 93.192.84.69 (talk) 19:27, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted it because it's inappropriate - Wikipedis is not here to provide either advertising or hosting for your fanfic. If you want the content back, it can be e-mailed to you. But don't try to store it here. DS (talk) 01:50, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, given that it was blank, why would you care if it was deleted? DS (talk) 02:21, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

December 2011[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Ross Lynch. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. You can't just assert his birth date, even if you are sure you know it - you need a reliable source reference that supports what you add and that indicates in someway that the person is OK with releasing that info. Sometimes people don't want that type of private info published so we should respect that. See WP:BLPPRIVACY. Geraldo Perez (talk) 16:53, 5 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
