Notices and warnings[edit]

I see you have left ban and block notices on IP address talk pages where the IP is not blocked or banned. Please stop doing that. You can not block or ban anyone on Wikipedia. There is a process that has to happen before any block or ban happens. I also see that you have left vandalism warnings when the IP has not edited for a couple of days, one they hadn't edited for 8 years. IP users should only be warned if it is done close to the time the edit takes place. Request reason:

My reason for being blocked was disruptive editing. However, the article I was "Disruptive" on was GB Fan's talk page. All I said was Thank you GB Fan. I got banned for that?? I don't know why. Please Explain. I was also wondering if I could be "adopted" by a smarter editor so I can learn more about Wikipedia editing, so I don't disrupt others.
