Hi there. You're right that these two articles rely heavily on primary sources, but deletion is not an appropriate response. The subjects of the articles definitely pass the notability threshold, and they do have some secondary sources, although not nearly enough. The answer is to find better sources, or as a last resort remove parts of the articles if you're sure that there is no way of reliably sourcing them.

Also a couple of points on the deletion process - you have to give an explanation when you use the proposed deletions process, and you can't use PROD on an article that has had a previous deletion discussion, as is the case with Rusty Foster.
