(OK, that standard welcome message may not be entirely appropriate, particular the bit about "new contributors", since you've been contributing for a while - but nobody seems to have said hello properly.) I saw your question on the Jesus College talk page (I'm another old member...) and I don't think that GCR / MCR thing can be fixed easily. The page uses a standard Oxford College Template, and if it's changed at the source to say "GCR", all the Oxford colleges with MCRs might get a little miffed. According to the Common Room (university) page, Jesus shares this particular piece of terminology with Ch.Ch. and Templeton, so is rather outvoted.
