Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Beetext logo 72dpi.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Beetext sm.jpg. The copy called Image:Beetext sm.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. A tag has been placed on Beetext - Project Efficiency Solutions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Given your expressed intention to bring the article referenced above into accordance with guidelines, I have moved it to User:Bmontpetit rather than deleting it under WP:CSD#A11. Once you do revise the article (and after your account is at least four days old), the article can be moved back into article space. See this guideline for assistance.

As you were advised at the article's talk page, there are problems with tone that need to be addressed. As Mayalld suggested on that now deleted talk page, you may find it helpful to refer to WP:CORP, WP:NPOV and WP:COI. WP:CORP, which is our notability guideline for companies, sets out requirements for verification through reliable secondary sources. Without these, even if you do neutralize the promotional tone, the article may face deletion for notability or verifiability concerns.

If you should determine that this company does not or does not yet meet our notability guidelines, please add {{db-author}} to the top of the user page. This will alert an admin that you are finished with it and that it may be cleaned up.

If you have any questions about any of these policies as you develop this article, there are several avenues where you might find help. You may visit the help desk, which is manned around the clock with volunteers who will usually respond with a few hours, sometimes minutes. You may ask me at my talk page, and I will certainly respond as soon as I am able. You can write your question here and paste {{helpme}} immediate above it, which will bring a volunteer here to answer you. Wherever you leave your notes, please sign them by typing four tildes (~~~~) when you're finished. This will expand with your username and a timestamp, which is very useful for other editors communicating with you.

If you'd like some general tips for formatting your article, you may find those at Wikipedia:Your first article and Wikipedia:How to write a great article. You might also wish to take a tour through the Wikipedia:Tutorial. Good luck, and happy editing. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:25, 16 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Beetext smrbg.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Beetext smrbg.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Speedy deletion of User:Bmontpetit[edit]

A tag has been placed on User:Bmontpetit, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
