Hi, I didn't make that table, but the short answer to your question on the Brexit referendum is: spoiled ballots. Some sources round up, some don't. If you look down under Voting result you can see it yourself.ZarhanFastfire (talk) 16:04, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
