Behnoosh, as you can see, other editors have called your links to the NFPA .pdf spam, because you keep adding it to the article as an external clickable link in the article body, which isn't allowed. You may add a reference citation to the .pdf by way of an inline citation to support content in the article. Please read WP:Citing sources, and don't overlook how to cite your source more than once in the same article.
I have created your personal sandbox, an edit box where you can practice editing Wikipedia without worrying about making mistakes. I added a section from Fire sprinkler system, where you can add a citation, using the "cite web" template. Practice adding citations there, until it gets easier, then you may add them to a real article. Any questions, ask me or ask at the WP:Teahouse.
