Draft: PV Lehtinen[edit]

Hello Batamore. I checked the sources and re-edited text. I have now used sources which are respected and independent (Ps. some are in Finnish, sorry for that!). Could you read the draft again. I would appreciate it, thanks a lot! Best, Ruutanaonki (talk)

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Hello, @General Notability:, thank you for your message. I am feeling extremely sad that I have been blocked in Wikipedia. I am a student and I am not doing any kind of promotional articles and I have never done paid editing. I edit and contribute in Wikipedia because I love to do so. Kindly please tell me how do I go ahead with the process of unblocking my account. And also @Diptanshu Das: Sir, and also @Titodutta: Sir, please also guide me.

I think you meant to ping GeneralNotability. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 05:32, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I blocked because the paid-editing reporting queue received a credible message asking why an article the emailer paid for was deleted, and the article in question was pretty much exclusively written and edited by you. While it's not unheard of for paid editing scams to claim to have written articles that they didn't, it's much rarer that they will be paid to create an article and somebody else will just happen to write it independently at the same time. Hello,@GeneralNotability: , I have never been involved in paid editing. I am a student. I contribute to Wikipedia out of my passion and interest and love for it . I have created articles mainly on PadmaShree recipients, Entrepreneurs, television series and movies. I am aware of the paid editing rules and also read them again after your message. I am feeling sad that I am unable to contribute to Wikipedia but I hope to contribute again. Batamore (talk) 09:19, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
