File copyright problem with File:Aurora Reservoir Colorado.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Aurora Reservoir Colorado.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. SKATER Speak. 22:46, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:19, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Netherzone. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Aurora, Colorado, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. Please don't use embedded bare URLs to external websites as citations. See WP:Embedded_citations to learn why they are not ideal. Instead use properly formatted full citations to support facts and added content. Please see: WP:CITE to learn how to create citations to reliable sources for verifiability. Thank you! If you have questions, please consider asking at the WP:TEAHOUSE or WP:HELPDESK or you can leave a message on my talk page. Netherzone (talk) 16:38, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I tried to add the citation, but it did not appear to publish when I selected the publish button. Can you see any edits to that section? Also, the city council list is outdated and needs to be edited by another user.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Aurorapio (talkcontribs)

Hello! Place a link to the citation that you tried to add to the article on the article talk page and I can add it for you if you continue to have problems. It should be to an independent secondary reliable source, like a newspaper or magazine article, or something published in a book that backs up the content facts. Citations should not self-source, for example a citation for an art center should not be sourced to the art center itself, but to an independent reference. Also, please sign your posts on talk pages with four tildes ~~~~. I added a signature to your post above. There should also be a "button" in the edit window to add your signature - it looks like the symbol depicted here. Netherzone (talk) 17:47, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
