Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of George withy, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.andyworrall.icom43.net/8.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on George Withy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Permission needed for Edward Withy[edit]

Hi. I'm afraid we will need permission for Edward Withy as well, as substantial content you added to that article is taken from [1] and the letter you sent OTRS only granted license for this page. There are two possibilities you could consider that would avoid having to supply permission for each page. First, you can put a notice on the pages you are using releasing the content under compatible license. As Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials describes, this license will serve our purpose:

The text of this website [or page, if you are specifically releasing one section] is available for modification and reuse under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License and the GNU Free Documentation License (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts).

(Please be sure that you include the link to those licenses).

Alternatively, you can send another letter to OTRS verifying license for all of worralls.info and [2] or verifying that you are both the owner of the copyright of those contents and the user editing here as Andyjohnw. If you do that, please let me know at my talk page, and I'll help set something up on your user page to prevent future issues. This is not a common approach, but it's a workable one. :)

Alternatively, of course, you can go the slow route and just email in permission for each article from which content is copied from one of those sites.

The text you've added to Edward Withy has been removed for now, but the article hasn't been deleted. It'll be easy to restore it once permission comes through.

Sorry for the hoops! Since copyright is a legal issue, we do have to make sure that everything is done properly to avoid future issues. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:59, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Jessica Grimson moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Jessica Grimson, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your draft article, Draft:Jessica Grimson[edit]

Hello, Andyjohnw. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Jessica Grimson".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted.
