Request reason:

my friend was accused of being a puppet! not true! the person that blocked me would not stop interfering with me and friend while trying to wrtie an article, he then blocked us and deleted four hours of work.

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

no... he is a real person, working on the article with me... it was a good article, please unban me! i would want to finish that article!

  • I have reduced your block to 2 days and undeleted your article draft in user space (User:Amelchenko/Sandbox); however, Ct12791 remains blocked. Please note that your article needs a LOT of work before it is appropriate for inclusion in an encyclopedia; in particlular, it contains no references. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 13:39, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • On the second thought, I do not believe the person is notable enough to have an article in an encyclopedia; please see the notability guidelines for people. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 13:42, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey thanks! I will work on it and have references and such, but as maybe you can tell I am not of an English speaking birth, so that other user has editing my writing... if you look he was working on the project even before I was blocked.

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Reviewing your and your friend's edits, the evidence suggests that you two have been editing the draft page User:Amelchenko/Sandbox independently of each other (in addition, your and your friend's block has triggered two different autoblocks), so there's no sock- or meatpuppetry; for this reason, I am reducing your previous block for disruption of Canton, Massachusetts and re-creation of a deleted article to time served. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 22:00, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Barnstar award[edit]

The Barnstar of Recovery
As I have said elsewhere nice to see you both back. Good work - and whilst the article is not out of the woods yet you and Ct12791 deserve this barnstar award for your interest and work towards recovery.--VS talk 23:06, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks...

Hi Amelchenko - I have removed both images from the Martin J. Badoian article. The 2006/7 one because it does not have contain an authorised copyright detail. The second because when you uploaded it you overlaid it on a previous image - please read the talk page on that image as I have provided greater detail. Also - whilst you know I have been supportive in your latest version of this article it still has problems with regards notability. I understand that you are still working on it but unless those issues are fixed in the next couple of days - I will have to bring it to Articles for Deletion to see what the wider community think. Please try and fix the images as they will help but most importantly fix the content to prove notability to wikipedia guidelines - and rewrite the last paragraph because that is still a major problem in my view. Please come to my talk page if you want any specific help. Best wishes --VS talk 21:09, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Okay I will fix the images now... but I can't do too much editing on the paragraph now cause I am busy.. what do you suggest though?

  • Could you please check the pic of 2006? I hae a question put up on it!

AfD nomination of Martin J. Badoian[edit]

I have nominated Martin J. Badoian, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Martin J. Badoian. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. --VS talk 21:54, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 01:21, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

February 2008[edit]

Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Martin J. Badoian. Such edits are disruptive and appear to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. You substantively changed my recommendation from "Delete or Merge" to read only "Merge". I would prefer that words preceding my signature are my own. Dhartung | Talk 21:05, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I was going to congratulate you on your article Martin J. Badoian coming through its RfD intact. I have known this man for over 25 years and have the utmost respect for him. On this note, you have again added him as a resident of Canton, Massachusetts, this is simply not the case. He can not be found in any town listing as a resident, but can be found in a neighboring town. Might I add, he has lived at this address for at least 25 years. Next time this is added without some sort of reference, I will consider it vandalism and act accordingly. Needless to say, it has been reverted. I might also warn you that you will probably be getting some warnings about the unlicensed photographs you have again added to the Badoian article. I think you should consider the fact that, if you are blocked you will no longer have any input in its evolution. Please take these warnings to heart, it seems to me you have fought to hard to give up your place here. Mstuczynski (talk) 23:19, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OKay... but i thought i put the copyright status...

Image warning[edit]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive uploads.
The next time you upload an inappropriate image, such as Martin J. Badoian, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Amelchenhko - this article has now passed AfD and it will remain on Wikipedia. There are plenty of people attempting to help you with this - and most are doing their best to provide you with advice and support even when you use inappropriate comments. BUT now I want to make abundantly clear that you can not - nor can anyone else add images that do not have appropriate copyright status to this article again. If you do I will be forced to block you again. I would rather not take that action so please resist the temptation of adding the images until you get the copyright status corrected! --VS talk 11:05, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Um i did put the status... look at them

Disputed Images[edit]

Please read WP:ICT. The major issue at this moment is lack of copyright tags. Additionally, taking a picture of a picture does not change its copyright status (the yearbook owns the rights to that picture). Mstuczynski (talk) 09:39, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You should probably also refer to the comments of Fg2 on the Martin J. Baoian discussion page. Mstuczynski (talk) 09:54, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
