Please be more polite[edit]

You are a very inexperienced editor - 25 edits. You posted to someone with almost 200,000 edits and who, like me, has held or holds most of the very senior Admin posts that Wikipedia has. Actually that shouldn't matter, because we should always treat other editors politely. I also have to ask if this is your first account. It doesn't appear to be. Thank you for the note. Apologies if one of my comments came across as impolite, that was not my intention, it was only meant as constructive feedback. I tried to present my reasoning for the disagreement and a suggested way forward in a a fact based and collegial way as possible. If there was a particular portion of that post that you identified as impolite, please do let me know so that I can improve myself in the future.

I am very sorry you feel that my comment was patronizing. I feel like it was valid, constructive feedback presented in a collegial manner. I admittedly did not check the user's edit history prior to making my remarks to see how "senior" they were, but I don't see why making 200k+ edits should preclude them from hearing feedback?

I think a better example of being "patronizing" would be a third party involving themselves in an unrelated discussion, while trying to throw around their wikipedia "seniority" and attempting to enforce their own opinions on when a conversation ends.
