I have notice that you revert a lot of vandalism. Have you heard of rollback before? It allows a user to revert vandalism much faster than by undo-ing it. I think you should ask for it. I am not an admin, or I would give it to you myself. I wrote this just to let you know about the existance of rollback because before someone randomly gave it to me, I did not know it existed. If you ask for it, you should have no problem getting it, as you clearly have an excellent grasp of what constitutes vandalism. Good luck, and may the vandals fail... It's sensible to bear in mind that the person who edited from that IP 10 days ago may not be the same person who is editing today. I am not sure why my reports do not meet WP:AIV standards? I use rollback. The reason I reported the last fella was due to the fact that I was editing the Lucille Ball article and got an email from a newbie. They said the user was vandalizing and I then placed two warning and then looked at the history and found him to be on a vandlazing mission. I then reported him using the AIV format. So, I am a bit confused as to why I was contacted by yourself and another editor about my report. I do not report very often, but the ones I have reported have been blocked. Is there any way to be able to use huggle without having to download the .NET framework, because every single time that I try to install the program, the installation program keeps on resetting itself back to 2MB's no matter how long I wait or how many times I try. I have begun a new WikiProject that has a very simple goal, to improve Wikipedia by dealing with the articles tagged for copy edit, and am wondering if you are interested. *smiles* This project is not a clone of the defunct League Of Copy Editors because we will not deal with requests for review (that is currently handled by our good friends over at Peer Review).
I expect that this will be a relaxed, happy and casual WikiProject, because participants will be able to take things at their own pace and use the project page to ask other participants for help. A handful of people have already expressed interest at the proposal page, and if you're interested, feel free to sign up at the project page itself and discuss the project at its talk page.
There are now over 4000 articles needing copy edit, and very, very few people working on them, so any help, however small, is appreciated. I am in the process of getting word out about the project, so I'm pretty sure we will be in good stead to fulfill our goals.

I do disagree, however i do not want to revert your edit due to 3RR. I want my warning their, so that all users/ parties involved can see it. Even the anonymous IP user (who wouldn't see it if i left it on his IP address as it constantly changes). I want it there to make a statement to to the abusive user not to do it again. Like i have said before my comments have been underlined. I want to gove the offending user a chance to underline his own abusive comments. I would have handled the situation by simply asking the users to stop using Wikipedia as a forum. If they do not stop, give them another warning. If they still persist give a final warning and ask an administrator to help. If the editors continue discussing the topic after an administrator has explained things to them, a block or other restrictive measure could be in order. Really, you don't need to revert edits violating WP:FORUM, though in extreme cases one may wish to revert anyway. So the answer to your question is not to revert the user's edits, but to give them a friendly warning telling them about our policies and escalating from there as necessary. Greetings from the Guild of Copy EditorsJuly 2010 Backlog Elimination Drive. Thanks to all who participated in the drive! Over 100 editors—including Jimbo Wales—signed up this time (nearly triple the participants of the May drive). This benefited the Guild as well as the articles in need of copy editing. You can see from the comparison graphs that we increased the number of completed copyedits substantially. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet our goal of completely wiping out 2008 from the queue. We also were not able to reduce the backlog to less than 6,000 articles. We suspect people were busy with real life summertime things, at least in the northern hemisphere! We were able to remove the months of January, February, March, April, and May from the backlog, and we almost wiped out the month of June. We reduced the backlog by 1,289 articles (17%), so all in all it was a very successful drive, and we will be holding another event soon. We'll come up with some new ideas to try to keep things fresh and interesting. Keep up the good work, everybody!

Progress report
We have eliminated two months from the backlog – January and February 2009. One of our goals is to eliminate as many months as possible from the 2009 backlog. Please help us reduce the size of this part of the backlog if you haven't already. Another goal is to reduce the entire backlog by 10%, or by 515 articles. Currently, we have eliminated 375 articles from the queue, so if each participant copy edits four more articles, we will reach that goal.

Greetings from the January 2011 Backlog elimination drive! We have reached the end of the month and the end of another successful drive; thanks to all who participated.
Statistics
54 people signed up for the year's first Backlog elimination drive. Of these, 40 participated.
One of our goals was to reduce the size of the backlog by at least 10%. We managed to reduce the backlog by 633 articles, or about 12%.
Another goal was to eliminate as many 2009 months as possible from the queue. We eliminated January, February, March, and April—4 out of 12 months is not bad! In addition, we eliminated 37% of all remaining 2009 articles from the queue.
Chaosdruid copy edited Kutch Gurjar Kashtriya for 32,711 words, which is the largest single article completed in one of our drives so far. This article counts as six 5000-K articles, and Chaosdruid wins the "most 5000-K articles" leaderboard category. Way to go! A complete list of individual results is here.
