Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (AHRQAdvocate) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because Your username indicates affiliation with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, which is unacceptable according to the Wikipedia Username Policy (see WP:USERNAME). If you are affiliated with this organization, please follow the instructions on the linked page to resolve this issue. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. Ronk01 talk 03:25, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am trying to change my user name to EHRAdvocate to avoid any concerns. Thank you for the link although I am still searching for how to actually request the change. AHRQAdvocate (talk) 07:28, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In the short term I changed to a nickname and I think I found out how to make a name change request under the help file. I can make a request at Simple Changing username. I am also reading the FAQ Getting_started . EHRAdvocate 07:35, 27 March 2011 (UTC)

Wikipedia has a process for requesting a username change at: WP:RENAMERonk01 talk 16:41, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.
