Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (AHRQAdvocate) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because Your username indicates affiliation with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, which is unacceptable according to the Wikipedia Username Policy (see WP:USERNAME). If you are affiliated with this organization, please follow the instructions on the linked page to resolve this issue. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. Ronk01 talk 03:25, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
I am trying to change my user name to EHRAdvocate to avoid any concerns. Thank you for the link although I am still searching for how to actually request the change. AHRQAdvocate (talk) 07:28, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
In the short term I changed to a nickname and I think I found out how to make a name change request under the help file. I can make a request at Simple Changing username. I am also reading the FAQ Getting_started . EHRAdvocate 07:35, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
