November 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Godsmack has been reverted, as it introduced negative or controversial biographical material without providing a reliable source for this information. Wikipedia requires that all such material be sourced to address the issue of libel. Thank you. Flewis(talk) 09:11, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Yamato class battleship. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. -MBK004 03:20, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Iowa class battleship, you will be blocked from editing. -MBK004 03:21, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Iowa class battleship.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 03:33, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Request reason:

I was blocked for adding factual information to a page, no vandalism whatsoever occured, as can be verified by looking at the history and changes. I intend to bring the blocking administrator up on charges of administrator abuse, misuse of administrator tools, and conflict of interest.

Decline reason:

Whoa there, first let's not climb the Reichstag dressed as Spider-Man here. Second, while this was in and of itself rather minor vandalism, the issue is not what you added, it's how you added it. Specifically, how you added, readedd, and added again when it was reverted ... to the point that you violated one of the most sacred of Wikipedia's rules, the three-revert rule. For that reason the block is justified. And if you didn't, well, you were still edit warring, and that's disruptive. So sit out this block, put the Spider-Man costume away, and think about how to edit constructively. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:32, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Sunshine Skyway Bridge, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Welcome[edit]

Hello, 76.95.138.22, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

March 2010[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at User:Carnildo/Image FAQ, you will be blocked from editing. -- Shadowlynk (Talk) 03:47, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of black ice hockey players. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of black ice hockey players. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
