Request reason:

This IP address is used by the entirety of Warwickshire County Council (proxy server). Certainly for employees and apparently it's also shared with library services. I would advise therefore that this block level is excess given it blocks thouasnds of people because of the actions of a few.

Decline reason:

Anyone who wishes to edit has only to create an account to do so. Please note that with certain exceptions editing from a proxy server is not allowed in wikipedia. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 14:15, 21 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

November 2011[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Pluto (newspaper). Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. 220 of Borg 13:18, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Pluto (newspaper) shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block. If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. 220 of Borg 13:21, 12 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
