Yes, you're free to remove any talk page post or warning. Doing so shows you've read and acknowledged the content - even if you don't like it. Perhaps I should explain in words of very few syllables: if you, as a brand new editor here, randomly go to some person's page who you have never previously interacted with and question their Userbox statement of their sexuality without even following the link to learn what the word means, such a question is inevitably likely to be interpreted as aggressive, intrusive or harassing. You wouldn't do it in the street to someone; you shouldn't do it here, either. This isn't a place for social media-style interactions (see WP:NOTFORUM). It really is that simple.
