Notable alumni sections[edit]

The standard at Wikipedia for including people in "Notable alumni/people" sections is that they have an article about them in Wikipedia, to establish notability as Wikipedia sees it. I sometimes accept if there is a Wikipedia article, not about them, but where they are actually mentioned. Some don't. I see you've added a lot of them recently, and I don't know if any of those didn't meet requirements; but just so's you know as you carry on. Thanks. signed, Willondon (talk) 23:38, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I’m not sure shy you removed the church section. Those listed were prominent church men. ALL featured in the Australian Dictionary of Biography and one the head of his church for Australia. I was about to create wiki pages for them….. 103.79.172.32 (talk) 23:54, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The Australian Dictionary of Biography isn't used as the standard for establishing notability (as Wikipedia sees it), but a Wikipedia article is. You are better off to create the articles first, and then add them to "Notable" lists. signed, Willondon (talk) 00:10, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
