Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Road signs in Greece, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Expressway (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

You may wish to consider bypassing Articles for Creation[edit]

I have noticed that you have in my opinion, sufficient skill to create your own articles, though I suggest you do as experienced editors do and start in a sandbox page (You may have multiple sandboxes, with useful names. I have, for example). When your draft is ready migrate it yourself to be an article

AFC is a training ground, more than anything else. It is intended to protect a new editor from encountering Wikipedia in the raw! Fiddle Faddle 20:12, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Timtrent, hello.

I know I have enough skills to make my own article without using AfC. I'm doing so in Greek Wiki. But here's the problem. I want the articles I create to have assets (If that's how they're called), ie if they are on Start class, C class or B Class, or on which WikiProject they belong. You might say "Well, you can do so by yourself". The problem is that I can't be 100% sure about their quality scale, but as for the WikiProject, is obvious I can do so by myself😎.

Notice

The article Murder of Manolis Papadosifos has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable murder, WP:NOTNEWS. Current sources appear unreliable

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. An article you recently created, Chios Gum Mastic Growers Association, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Greece road signs - new version of OMOE[edit]

Hi @Μητσίκας. Just a question in relation to Greek road signs, which I believe you are knowledgeable about (forgive me if I'm wrong :P). I've seen here that a new version (or at least improved) of OMOE was published here, for consultation in 2022. I'm talking specifically about the KSO chapter. Do you know it went any further than that? There is a new American-style warning sign for a stop ahead, which I would like to upload to the Commons. Do you know if it is in any way official? Thanks in advance. EthanL13 | talk 18:28, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @EthanL13 I'm not really aware if they went further than that. Since it is included on an official source I can't see why it can't be official. Of course you can upload this new sign. I have been abandoned the project for the last years so I'm glad there's still interest for it. Feel free to do whatever tou want😉 Μητσίκας (talk) 19:45, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
