What is not constructive? The mayor hasn't officially changed. Being the mayor elect can be listed separately but it does not mean David Bogdala is the mayor or will be the mayor. Nothing is official until it's official. Do not suppress the truth if you care about integrity. The website list John Martin Antaramian as the Kenosha mayor.
