I've reverted the change, on the basis that the more general name ("Sauber") is more appropriate:

Sauber weren't always associated with Petronas, nor were they exclusively an F1 constructor
Other similar articles also use the "general" name, e.g. the article about McLaren is called "McLaren", not "Vodafone McLaren Mercedes".
