Information icon Hello, I'm AntiDionysius. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Piri Reis, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. AntiDionysius (talk) 17:27, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What should I do the get copy right permission for the Peshmerga Air Support Command Insignia/Logo? Yeszzzz (talk) 20:44, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If your draft is approved, there is a process described on this policy page. Essentially, the procedure is to upload a very low-resolution version of the image (think 100 pixels by 100 pixels) directly to Wikipedia, rather than to the Commons, as you did with those three images. If your draft is approved, send me the online sources for these images and I can walk through the process with you! ~ Pbritti (talk) 21:01, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Alright and can I please know why my draft isn’t being approved I provided every sources I’m just trying to show the world my nation just like the others Yeszzzz (talk) 21:08, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Your draft needs to follow policy regarding reliable sources in order to meet Wikipedia's standards for verifiability. Additionally, while I am sympathetic towards the Kurdish cause for independence for private reasons, your stated desire of just trying to show the world my nation just like the others suggests you may need to consider reviewing this policy. All these policies have been linked in previous messages to you. You have been repeatedly blocked for previous violations of at least two of these policies. I encourage you to hold off on editing until you can confidently say you understand the contents of these policies. Other things worth knowing before editing are found here. ~ Pbritti (talk) 21:36, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But what In trying to make does exist and has no connection to ‘’Kurdish independence’’ it’s connected to Ministry of Peshmerga and the Kurdistan Regional Government, I added all the reliable recourses on its existence and I literally put its emblem which is the official emblem and all the photos I added does show that it exists Yeszzzz (talk) 22:00, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The sources you added are largely unreliable. Additionally, it appears that you misread at least one source such that you said it verified a claim that it in fact didn't. Please, read (or re-read) this explanation of what is a reliable source. Also, I notice that many of your edits contain grammatical errors that suggest English might not be your first language. That's totally OK—English Wikipedia welcomes editors of all backgrounds to contribute to our shared mission of expanding freely accessible knowledge! However, if English is indeed not a language you have totally mastered, I highly encourage you to at first edit on a Wikipedia that uses a language you're more familiar with. Doing so will help you build up an understanding of universal Wikipedia policies without possible language barriers. With that said, if you feel confident in your English ability, please feel welcome to continue contributing. ~ Pbritti (talk) 22:34, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The website I gave as cite are reliable with pictures of you check them it’s all reliable and confirmed resources I can send many other pictures if you want Yeszzzz (talk) 15:04, 11 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

None of the sources in that draft mention an entity known as the "Kurdistan Air Support Command". Some mention the counter-terror groups, some mention the peshmerga more generally, but none mention the subject of your draft. Some of these sources flat-out state different things than what you have cited them as saying (for example, the Italians sent Italian-manned Chinooks to support their own troops fighting in the Kurdish region). Other sources are blogs or otherwise self-published and are thus not reliable sources. I am afraid that this has been explained too many times now without you understanding. Further violations of sourcing policy will likely result in a block. ~ Pbritti (talk) 19:05, 11 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I didn’t write the draft as Kurdistan Air Support it was Peshmerga Air Support just like the emblem states and the pictures does mention it and not self published, I’m sure you can see the pictures, the logos on it and the flag on the aircraft’s and the chinooks aren’t ‘’Italian troops’’ they gave it to peshmerga Yeszzzz (talk) 17:44, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You have again put unverified material into articles and misused a source in another. This is a final warning to follow Wikipedia's policies on verifiability and reliability. You are also warned against uploading copyrighted images to both Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Commons. ~ Pbritti (talk) 18:29, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I didn’t add anything since, what do you mean by final warning?? Yeszzzz (talk) 17:02, 13 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Which article made me get blocked? Yeszzzz (talk) 12:38, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Not to speak for ScottishFinnishRadish, but this is a good example of an addition you made that contains unverified content. When you add material, it must be accompanied by a reliable source that verifies that content. This is a relatively short block; I encourage you to review the links available here while you wait to resume normal editing. Best ~ Pbritti (talk) 13:47, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn’t even connect with reliable resource it’s just the name in Kurdish, Kurdish language is the second language of iraq Yeszzzz (talk) 14:26, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

{{ping|Pbritti}} Yeszzzz (talk) 17:59, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, Yeszzzz, but I don't think you are competent to edit here. You continually fail to understand what people are telling you about sources and copyright. I see you've got a 7 day block at Commons for multiple additions of material which had no evidence they were copyright free. The fact that you continued to do the same thing over and over - 16 times I think, without understanding the reasons why there were deleted is extremely discouraging. Doug Weller talk 19:40, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Where should I get copyright from? they were posted on social media back in ISIS era and I’ve provided every reliable sources if you check the drift you can see by my newest update but it’s keeps getting cancelled and I got banned just by writing the Kurdish name of Iraqi ground forces. Yeszzzz (talk) 20:43, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You have to have proof that they are not in copyright, the default assumption is that they are. Or have a compatible license. Read your Cimmons talk page. Doug Weller talk 22:10, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And now I have been blocked for ‘’multiple account abuse’’ which I have no connection to that account, can I know why everyone’s against me? I’ve literally provided every reliable resources and for only a photo I have been blocked Yeszzzz (talk) 09:52, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
How can I get unblocked? I know I was not with the policies of Wikipedia and I apologize for the mistakes and I want to appeal it Yeszzzz (talk) 13:45, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The fact that you have asked this question despite the fact that the answer is below enforces my belief you lack the competence to edit. Doug Weller talk 14:58, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Pbritti I feel sorry for this editor as they clearly are struggling. I’m wondering if it would be actually meriful to remove TPA. Doug Weller talk 21:45, 18 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Doug Weller: I don't know. I want them to have the chance to practice on another Wikipedia in their native language and feel more welcome to return to EnWiki someday. Revoking TPA is a pretty severe preventative measure for CIR. Hopefully, seeing our socking policy is enough to establish that IP block evasion is prohibited. ~ Pbritti (talk) 00:43, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Pbritti Sounds good to me. I was just wondering. I've tried to help, failed. Doug Weller talk 07:35, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
