Process Conflict[edit]

I have redirected your article on Process conflict to the existing article on conflict (process). I have done this because:

  1. The article you submitted consisted largely of snippets of text that you copied verbatim from various sources (including quite a bit from Chapter 9 of Northouse's Introduction to Leadership).
  2. The article largely reproduces material already covered elsewhere, at conflict (process) and conflict resolution.

You seem intent[edit]

You seem intent on creating an article on process conflict (now called Procedural conflict) even though the article does nothing to indicate how this type of conflict is different than any other type of conflict, except that it is a conflict over process or procedure. If there is nothing different about it, it doesn't need its own article.

Please explain to me why this topic should have its own article separate from conflict. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:29, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I have discovered that Wikipedia already covers process conflict at Group conflict#Intragroup conflict (infighting). You should feel free to expand that existing article, but creating a new article on the topic is referred to as a content fork and is highly discouraged.
