One thing I would note is that long paragraphs about suppression are looked upon with disapproval on Wikipedia.

I invite you to have a look at our notability guidelines. We report information if reliable secondary sources have reported on them. The deletion discussion is only about whether it can be shown that the subject meets WP:GNG or not, and not about which long-term editor is secretly a paid Swedish-Turkish agent.

This is a complete suppression attack from Swedish people because this Wikipedia is visible in Sweden and Sweden block and suppress all news about Victor Carlström. Your whole argument that Victor Carlström is not notable only proof you have not even Google him. Since the first thing showing on Google is Victor Carlström Google panel for notable people. Victor Carlström meets all guidelines for WP:GNG|our notability guidelines, if you spent 5 minutes and Google the person you would have noticed or checked his Website under press media here https://www.victorcarlstrom.com/pressandmedia/ where over 30 international independent unbiased articles this year is published, only Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the Swedish person with more media coverage in U.K and U.S this year.
