Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 139.135.32.229. I was temporarily using a VPN for some other purpose and somehow my wikipedia account got blocked. I always make edits withy my above mentioned home wifi IP. Maybe, I could have unknowingly accessed wikipedia with a VPN on which could have lead to this ban. I have always abided with wikipedia's rules and policies and I pledge to continue doing so.
