I would like to explain this to you. :First, I will explain in detail the situation in which my account was blocked for using multiple accounts. Today, while I was trying to edit Wikipedia, I found out that my previous ID, Musica0306, was blocked due to multiple accounts. Musica0306 was my first Wikipedia account and I didn't know what to do. I came across an article saying that Draft:Libelante posts could be quickly deleted because they were considered promotional, so I decided to write "contest this speed delete." However, I couldn't write this with a blocked ID, so I created a new account, Neverbreak1212. Afterwards, I wrote that this post was not for promotional purposes and that I would correct the points raised through cooperation with the community. Afterwards, we confirmed that editing was possible with the Neverbreak1212 account, and made a few reference modifications. I would like to inform you that the above is the content of my activities as the Wikipedia account Neverbreak1212. :Since I currently live in China, I need to use a VPN to use Wikipedia, and as a result, my IP may be dynamic.
