Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to BIMARU, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: BIMARU was changed by Manoj nav (u) (t) blanking the page on 2008-07-30T11:33:42+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 11:33, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As already pointed out by ClueBot, simply blanketting pages is not acceptable. If you disagree with the contents of an article, you should first try to initiate a discussion at the corresponding talk page. --Soman (talk) 11:38, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Simply blanketting pages is not the way to deal with content disputes. If you want the article deleted, then initiate request for deletion. That said, I doubt that the BIMARU article would be deleted, as it is a term often used in academia and newsmedia. --Soman (talk) 09:50, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Manoj nav[edit]

Welcome!

Hi, and welcome to the India WikiProject! We're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of India.

A few features that you might find helpful:

There are a variety of interesting things to do within the project; you're free to participate however much—or little—you like:

  • Want to know how good our articles are? The assessment department is working on rating the quality of every India article in Wikipedia.
  • Can you code? The automation department uses automated and semi-automated methods to perform batch tasks that would be tedious to do manually.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask another fellow member, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around! -- Tinu Cherian - 09:03, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Racism faced by Bihari people in India[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Racism faced by Bihari people in India, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 20:48, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Bokaro Ispat Vidyalayas[edit]

A tag has been placed on Bokaro Ispat Vidyalayas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Woland (talk) 15:41, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Title change.[edit]

Hi, I changed the title to (Economic distress of Biharis in India) what I believe is appropriately reflecting the content of the article. I am aware that changing the title hasnt solved all the problems and I still believe the article needs a lot of rewriting and will be doing my contributions whenever I find some time. Hope it is ok. Thanks. DockuHi 04:17, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, if there are editors who are concerned with the title and explain their concerns for changing the title, you have to address those concenrs. You can not make an unilateral decision changing the title without provinding any explanation just accusing the editor of vandalism. That is not the way wikipedia works. I also notice your free use of the word vandalism. If i notice such language again, you will be reported to administrators which could get you into trouble. DockuHi 13:50, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have blanked following subsection-

"Genocide of Bihari culture"

Indian government, till recently, identified all Bihari languages (Bhojpuri, Magadhi, Maithili and Angika) as dialects of Hindi. A Bihari speaking Bihari accent of Hindi in the rest of India is frequently reminded of that he is speaking incorrect Hindi inspite of belonging to the Hindi heartland of India. This stereotype has been created by the establishments in Delhi to propagate Hindi at any cost. Bihari languages (Bhojpuri, Magadhi, Maithili and Angika) are descendants of ancient Magadhi-prakrit language spoken in the ancient kingdom of Magadha and are very different from Hindi or Urdu. Even after 60 years of India's independence Bihari languages, which are spoken by almost the whole of the population of Bihar, have not been given official status. Maithili was granted official status in 2004, after an active movement, through its inclusion in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution, so that it may be used in education, government, and other official contexts.

Will any administrator make me understand if this is not vandalism. If any editor has any dispute, he or she is supposed to add citation tags and give the previous editors time to further modify it. Instead of this the subsection has been blanked.

The section headings Causes of xenophobia and prejudice against Biharis and Notable establishment sponsored incidents of hate and prejudice against the community has been changed to to Causes and Notable incidents respectively to dilute the topic and then it has been claimed to change the title to Economic distress of Biharis in India or Treatment of Bihari economic migrants in India or Anti-Bihari migrant sentiment in India. Do we need experts to confirm if these anti-bihari sentements are racism. Why is it so difficult to assimilate?

Manoj nav (talk) 06:32, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any reference (not just any, reliable) for any of the information written in "Genocide of Bihari culture"? Without references, contentious materials will be removed immediately from article even if many of the editors editing the article (including you and me) think and believe it is true. verifiability is the first rule (not the only).
"Xenophobia", "racism" and "establishment sponsored incidents" are incredibly loaded words and without extraordinary references, they stand no chance in the article. In fact, I would caution you against adding them in the future because doing so without a strong evidence could get you into trouble.
Read the following policies during the small break, WP:VERI, WP:RS, WP:NPOV, WP:NOR, WP:NOT, WP:REDFLAG, WP:UNDUE and several others. Remember, if the informations which we add breach even one of these policies, it cant stay in wikipedia. Good luck. DockuHi 14:12, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why have I been blocked?[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Manoj nav (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

The reason I have been blocked is "user has been logging out and double debating". I have been editing wikipedia for more then a month. Initially I started editing with out any user name. I access internet at office and home. I some times do minor edits on the fly during busy hours without login in. But I have never used this while debating or voting on an issue. Infact these days I make it a point to login and then make any edit, which even if I don't do, can't be called "user has been logging out and double debating". Kindly justify the decision or unblock.

Decline reason:

Manoy, you have been double editing talk pages and articles with both IP and the registered account. It is not allowed by WP:SOCK as it looks like there are two different people supporting the same point of view. In future, if you accidentally edited a talk page without being registered then please register and sign. No reasons to unblock Alex Bakharev (talk) 07:47, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The history on the page Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Racism_faced_by_Bihari_people_in_India can be read, where I have genuinely typed my signature instead of using "~" symbols to reveal my identity during debating because I was using a machine with a different IP address, when I was out of the town and I didn't login initially.

How can you block an editor if out of ignorance he makes an edit, once in hundred, without logging in? that too in no recent days. It should be observed that most of the editors on wikipedia start without an user account because they are not used to wikipedia and after some time they begin to understand the technical aspects of the website. Claiming some one to have sock puppet (in my case non-registered IP account) because of his or her ignorance is not justified.}}

  • I think this block will motivate you not to do it again and to be more careful; I'm leaving the decision to another admin though. Stifle (talk) 16:18, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Instead of getting motivated I am shocked that wikipedia is so prone to misunderstanding and administrator possibly have fewer tools which could help them to take authentic actions. Manoj nav (talk) 18:23, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

2nd mail: The date (11 August 2008 ) on which http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Bihar#Someone_has_edited_the_introduction_without_discussion this discussion was made was the second day of mine as an editor on wikipedia when I had no account on wikipedia.

3rd mail : I discovered in the history page that the 1st edit make by Special:Contributions/202.144.93.138 is 3 August 2006. This is my office IP. Lots of people must be making edits using this IP. The 1st edit I have made is dated 23 July 2008 related to topic Magadha. This is a case of misunderstanding and ignorance. Kindly unblock.

NB: The time I made my 1st edit is not when I routinely starting contributing for wikipedia. 202.144.93.138 and 122.169.81.43 are the ips of the computers which I generally use.

Speedy deletion of Patna School of Painting[edit]

A tag has been placed on Patna School of Painting requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Hindi template[edit]

Can you please tell me why you changed the template again? Bihari as per linguistics is not a part of the Hindi group. We don't go by social perceptions on wikipedia, and that is why we have declared Hindi and Urdu also to be the same language. Maquahuitltalk! 05:03, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually those issues need to be sorted out. We need to make space for social perceptions notwithstanding that we stress on facts. Therefore, in articles we can perhaps put disclaimers that "these XYZ families are socially considered to be a part of Hindi but are not considered the same from the POV of linguistics etc.". However, in something like a template we should mention only factual details. Maquahuitltalk! 06:35, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Raj Kumar Shukla, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://tirhut-muzaffarpur.bih.nic.in/District/Bettaih.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. You have basically undone all the changes I have done sometime before. You havent answered any of the concerns regarding Original research. You havent answered why you call it racism (again original research) when all Indians are the same race. It appears to me that you havent really understood the problems with the article. Pls understand WP is not a medium to advertise your displeasure, ideas and opinions to the world, but rather an encyclopedia. I have posted the same message in the article talk page, let us try to keep the discussion there. Docku:“what up?” 15:46, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

caution[edit]

Apparently, you seem to be adding a lot of material to this article Racism faced by Bihari Community in India such as this. Words including "Xenophobia'" and "racism" are original research. If you choose to continue adding original research without any regard for wikipedia policies, you will be reported to Administrators notice board and could get blocked. Docku:“what up?” 00:41, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for informing[edit]

Hello, The article needs more sources like these that explicitly state "racism", "prejudice", "xenophobia" against Biharis. Otherwise the article looks more like a personal opinion (ie. original research and synthesis). I appreciate your effort in adding references like these. Do inform me once again when you are done. Similarly, please improve the Causes section with sources that actually state "the causes of prejudice against Biharis". --KnowledgeHegemonyPart2 17:28, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Awadhi[edit]

Actually, I am not sure whether we can say that "Awadhi has been influenced by Magadhi", since Magadhi lies after a gap of another language, Bhojpuri in between. What actually is perhaps meant by the statement is that Shauraseni Prakrit of this region was influenced by Magadhi Prakrit of the East, which ultimately gave rise to Eastern Hindi languages like Awadhi, Bagheli and Chhattisgarhi.
There is another statement however, saying that Awadhi has taken birth from Braj bhasha, which I guess is nonsensical. Most modern Indian languages are of the same generation, and both Braj bhasha and Awadhi are of the same generation. One cannot be from the other. Perhaps language pairs like Malayalam-Tamil and Bengali-Assamese and some others share this relationship, and even then it is not at all in their modern forms, it is difficult to say anything like this for Braj bhasha and Awadhi, as far my knowledge goes. Maquahuitltalk! 05:30, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A friendly advice[edit]

As a fellow wikipedian and an Indian, I just wanted to say a few words to you. I have noticed that you are interested in writing about racism against Biharis in India. As a native of the neighbouring state of UP, I would like to tell you that already there is a lack of good coverage of the Hindi belt on Wikipedia as there are few people from the Hindi belt/Punjab on wikipedia as compared to Bengalis and few Southern people. Instead of focussing our energies on articles related to negative issues, why not instead write about the languages, culture, cities, and other such important topics here, which will help these articles move shoulder to shoulder with the articles of other states. Negativity will catch the eye much faster. Maquahuitltalk! 05:47, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I concur with that buddy. You can see quality of articles in Wikipedia:WikiProject Bihar is very low and many of places in Bihar are still unrepresented in Wikipedia. You can compare this with smaller states like WP:KERALA. I created the WP:BIHAR including other unrepresented states with this view, so that people interested can join and help. Although I am not from the state, I would like to see more of India content properly and fairly represented in WP from every inch of our country. ( Having said that I help all other country Wikiprojects too ). Let me also know if you want any help from my side. -- Tinu Cherian - 06:20, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well that is good and appreciable. Please concentrate on the same and avoid controversial issues like racism which will only waste your energies. Whatever you've written is alright- leave it there and move forward towards the positive areas(as you are going). Especially regarding languages, the individual languages of the Hindi belt have poor representation/information on wikipedia and even on the internet in general. I have even been reading books to gain knowledge about them so that I can write about the same on wikipedia. The other important articles besides languages would be individual cities, esp. capital cities like Patna, Jaipur, Bhopal etc. Maquahuitltalk! 09:33, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Yes I am aware of the difficulties faced by linguists in categorising Maithali, Bhojpuri and Magadhi. Some classify them as independent. Some as dialects under the umbrella term Bihari and some regard them as a dialect of Eastern Hindi. In fact even Bihari is regarded as independent or as sub-Hindi. Shall discuss this. Thank you for uploading Image:Protest against Raj Thackeray in Patna.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. I would probably argue that that is not enough- I do not see why the image is absolutely necessary to the article. I have no opinion on whether those protests need to be included in the article, but, even if they do, does there really need to be a picture? No, I don't think so, as what the protests looked like probably isn't that significant, and they are almost certainly not significant enough that they warrant using an image from a commercial news source. As for your other question, images can't be moved, you'll have to re-upload it. J Milburn (talk) 17:07, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I only tagged the images I came across while looking through newly uploaded images- I will take a look at the others another time. The image you have added to the article is a borderline case- I think an argument could be made either way. Are there no other photos of this available? Perhaps it would be worth contacting some copyright holders to ask if they are willing to release the images under a free license, or searching for a related free image. I personally wouldn't include the image- but if you like, I can send it to images for deletion for a wider discussion. J Milburn (talk) 19:22, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for Image:Public protest against Thackerays in Patna.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading Image:Public protest against Thackerays in Patna.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Bihari migrant attacked in Mumbai 2003.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Bihari migrant attacked in Mumbai 2003.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 03:33, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Discrimination faced by the Bihari community in India[edit]

Thanks for your message. I honestly don't have time right now to read the article again to see if the significant views are included. Nevertheless, you certainly know what I meant with that tag when I inserted it on the article page. Id est, cause of discrimination -> immigrant workers with low pay; cause of immigration -> failure in local politics and economics. When you are ready to point out fingers at other parties as causing historical injustice, you can't forget the real local factors. For instance, you also have anti-English riots in Bihar, UP and other Hindi states to make Hindi as official language of India. This certainly alienates the interest of other states to the Hindi belt. As I said earlier, if you feel all the causatives are listed, go ahead and remove the tag. But, if the tag be removed without attending to the reason that it was added there, firstly, it would count as vandalism and failing to assume good faith. Second, it would mean that you are trying to push a POV fork without covering significant view points even when you are explained to. Last but not the least, me or someone else will once again tag this since it would miss significant view points. Cheers Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 10:16, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Birsa Munda Statue at Naya More.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Birsa Munda Statue at Naya More.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Biharis in B'Desh[edit]

We need an article on them if it is not already there. As a person who has cretaed number of articles on conflict related issues, the only wat go forward is small step at a time. Start with small articles such as a person, an incident, a policy, a riot, group of people, categories then you can put them all together into a complete subject matter. It takes anywhere from 1 to 2 years just to complete that. But always treat it like a project with number of small steps along the way. Taprobanus (talk) 14:54, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cinema of Bihar[edit]

Hi Manoj,

I have created some major articles Cinema of Bihar, List of Bhojpuri Films, Patna Film Festival and Bhojpuri Film Award and also did some major changes in Bhojpuri Film Industry to revive the information about Media in Bihar.

I am not familar with bhojpuri language ant its film (I have not seen any bhojpuri movie[:(]). So I want your contribution in above mentioned major article.

I have also created article for some bihari movie like Ganga Maiyya Tohe Piyari Chadhaibo (1962)  • Laagi Nahi Chhute Ram (1963)  • Ganga (1965)  • Bidesiya (1963)  • Bhouji (1965)  • Loha Singh (1966)  • Dher Chalaki Jinkara (1971)  • Daku Rani Ganga (1976/II)  • Amar Suhagin (1978)  • Balam Pardesia (1979)  • Chanwa Ke Take Chakor (1981)  • Saiyan Magan Pahelwani Mein (1981)  • Saiyan Tore Karan (1981)  • Hamar Bhauji (1983)  • Chukti Bhar Senur (1983)  • Dulha Ganga Paar Ke (1986)  • Roos Gailen Saiyen Hamaar (1988)  • Mai (1989)  • Ganga (2006)  • Udedh Bun (2008)  • Bhaiyaa(maghi film) • Kanyadan film(maithali)  • Bhauji Maay (maithali) • . Speedy deletion of Image:Rahul Raj.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:Rahul Raj.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Rahul Raj.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- Tinu Cherian - 12:19, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rahul Raj encounter[edit]

Hi. I've nominated Rahul Raj encounter, an article you worked on, for consideration to appear on the Main Page as part of Wikipedia:Did you know. You can see the hook for the article here, where you can improve it if you see fit. Thanks, -- Tinu Cherian - 15:15, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dont feel bad that I had to tag ur Rahul raj picture for SD. We have certain copyright rules and issues in WP for pictures taken from news sources or websites. You cannot take them from there and pass it on to Wikipedia as free GNU license. If you happen to have a picture taken by u or got from somebody else who have permited to use in WP, please upload them. Btw I have re-written your article to make it as a incident than a Bio article. I have also nominated the article for DYK here on your behalf. Best wishes -- Tinu Cherian - 05:51, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
One more request dude. I think I have already talked about this to you. I know you are very much worried and angry about the racisims that Biharis faces . But please try to develop more articles on Bihar itself, than articles regarding Bihari sentiments. You know that I had created WP:BIHAR some time back. I wanted the unrepresented states of India to have enough articles in WP. You may want to see that smaller states like WP:KERALA has 3000+ articles while WP:BIHAR is with just 200+ articles. Develop good articles about places, geography, culture and arts in Bihar than concentrating on negative sentiments articles. This is just a personal suggestion. Dont hesitate to take any help or advice from my side. Enjoy your stay in Wikipedia. Good day brother! -- Tinu Cherian - 08:03, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am not going to quit WP, I was just angry the first time when I saw I was blocked for no reason. WP is too good a site to ignore. I agree that admins are just using some basic tools to determine puppets and innocent users like me and you get caught in between. Surely there should be some more sophisticated tools. I have left a message to Tinu also on his talk page. Just be cautious while working on important websites regarding from where you are doing so - avoid shared resources.
