Myrna pearman moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Myrna pearman, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Myrna pearman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. If you edit Ellis Bird Farm again, you risk being blocked.--Bbb23 (talk) 03:05, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bbb23

I hope you're well. :)

I want to be clear on a few things.

1) I've never worked at Ellis Brid Farm, nor do I know anyone that works there.

(Should you like to verify my lack of connection to Ellis Bird Farm, I'll happily provide you with my LinkedIn URL, resume, or a sworn oath. And, if it were appropriate, I'd gladly send you a photo of my bank statements to prove these are unpaid contributions.)

2) I've not expressed an opinion on the Ellis Bird Farm Wikipedia page. Every piece of information I added to the page is cited by external sources (the vast majority were news outlets).

I spent an entire day working on the Ellis Bird Farm article. And everything (and I mean everything) was cited in my work. Each sentence had a source, and I actively used an extensive range of source material. I combed all of Google News for "Ellis Bird Farm" and skimmed or read every article, using as wide a range of sources as possible. It's with energy and goodwill that I invite you (or anyone else) to review the source material and weigh that against my work.

It may be worthwhile to note the original stub was short and had no citations at all. To me, it seems like an extreme decision to revert to a page with no third-party material rather than 1) accept, 2) edit, or 3) cut components of a significant contribution linking to ~25 third-party sources.

However, I respect your authority. I'm explaining my position and opinion, not challenging you. :) While allegations against me are unfounded, I will not edit Ellis Bird Farm again. MackenzieBailey (talk) 21:57, 24 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

per Bbb23's warning as well as the COI notice, you cannot edit in directly in the main space areas where you have the COI. This includes having to submit potential articles as a draft so that it can be reviewed. GPL93 (talk) 15:22, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
