Let's review what you've done since creating your account on September 1:

The first thing you did was to create Draft:William Last Krm, a Botswanian rapper/comedian. You uploaded a picture of a cover of one of Krm's singles and claimed it was your own work. It's a clear copyright violation that you got from one of many websites where the cover appears.
You then created your own userpage with userboxes on it.
You then created another draft about a South African actress.
From then on you did mostly a mix of counter-vandalism, including warnings at user Talk pages; and Welcoming new users, more than half of which had never made any contributions. You included in your Welcome messages a very bizarre close-up of a cut apple. It was a poor picture, and at first I thought it was pornographic. It was uploaded by someone else in 2008, and until you used it, had not been used on en.wiki.

The above is a mixture of disruption, policy violations, and, at the same time, indicates you have edited on Wikipedia before. What accounts have you used?--Bbb23 (talk) 21:52, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I never used Wikipedia before the drafts I did I was looking at other articles in Wikipedia and about the cover I used in my first draft I downloaded it I thought it was copyright free sorry about that, I did know welcoming users that didn't make their first edit was wrong also about the apple picture I just guessed apple.jpg I'm sorry about it also, I'm sorry about the mistakes I made I promise I will try all my best to never repeat such mistake henceforth I will be careful while editing in Wikipedia please unblock me. Actually their first action was to thank me for an old edit. It was odd but back then didn't think about it further and just posted a welcome message here. Things are making sense now though: There's clearly an overlap between two users in the history of the article where I had been thanked for and edits by King Molala: Draft:William Last Krm/Draft:Willam Last Krm. – NJD-DE (talk) 23:26, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

My, my. In addition to Gosego Nkwadzile (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), who created the other draft, I also noticed Moatlhodi Nkwadzile (Jutas) (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). In addition to the other similarities, the three accounts' userpages are remarkably similar. Given that all three accounts are blocked already, the only action I will take now is to tag the accounts. Indeed, CheckUser is not useful here; this is one of those places where there are dozens if not hundreds of other users on each of the dozens of IPs this one has used. NJD-DE William Last Krm is a popular musician anyone can think of making an article about him anyone who did a draft about him you can't just say it's me and I did a draft about Kamogelo Molatlhoe Which means if you find someone who tried to do it you will say it is me, also I didn't know it was wrong to thank someone and I checked Gosego Nkwadzile 's history none of his edit showed he was here to build Wikipedia all he did was Vandalism non of his edits are similar to mine, you can check my edits and you can see I was trying to do what I thought was right I didn't do any vandalism to Wikipedia please don't make Wikipedia not a welcoming place for new users Bbb23 Please unblock me I promise you will never get any complaints about me, if I do any vandalism you may block me and never unblock me Thank You. Editing Carter County, Missouri[edit]

You have incorrectly identified my edits to the Carter County, Missouri page as vandalism. These edits provided updated information regarding elections and public officials while replacing old and in some cases outdated information. I would appreciate it if you could restore these edits. If not, I will do so manually.

I was blocked, the admin who blocked me claimed I abused multiple accounts, the evidence that I abused multiple accounts was because I created William Last Krm draft and they told me someone created it before so I'm that person, lol seriously ? When I reviewed my block I noticed I was even blocked before their false evidence, why ? If Creating William Last Krm draft means I am someone who created it before Who created William Last Krm why is he or she not blocked, I think the admins made a mistake please unblock me , if the admins who blocked me think I'm wrong , tell them to convince me I'm wrong because they are wrong, Everyone is allowed to edit in Wikipedia so please bring my rights back because I didn't vandalize anything and I didn't do anything wrong , the only mistake I did I'm sorry for it was welcoming users who didn't make their first edit. Generally, more of a rant than a serious request, really. But where you truly fail, to me, is "everyone is allowed to edit Wikipedia". Uh, no ... that's "anyone". There is a difference, which, admittedly, you may not be too keen on appreciating at the moment. But it's still there. And even in your formulation, "everyone" cannot edit because then we would have to not block people, and have no rules. "Everyone" is welcome to edit as long as they do so within policy, and at least with the intent of doing so productively.

Daniel Case I'm not that good in English so sorry for confusing anyone with everyone, Lol I tried to stay within the policy but I was only blocked for creating a draft, I was editing my draft in peace without disturbing anyone or anything in Wikipedia then I was blocked, do you know how it feels to be blocked for something you don't know ? If I was blocked for something I know or something I did it would've been better, instead of blocking users who vandalize Wikipedia you block someone innocent like me . You guys are stressing me.
