Hi, Hope you don't mind but I noticed your News and notes for the signpost and just had a query about part of it. In it (and your blogpost) you say "Another result of the poll is that the tenth Wikipedia in the list will be replaced by the one in the user’s preferred language (as set in the browser preferences). This, however, needs some extra code to be implemented, and is not live yet."
When I was reading the talk page of the poll - http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Top_Ten_Wikipedias/poll - it did not appear to have been decided what the result of the third vote was (whether there was sufficient consensus for D3 or not) and was wondering if this had been decided somewhere else, as I thought it looked like the discussion did not think the result would be sufficient for a consensus decision at this stage. You respond in Norwegian that you chose not to answer. Could you explain why you chose to ignore a perfectly innocuous and ordinary request such as this? I have requested material similarly from you in the past and you have provided the material. I can surely take a hint, and I will seek other people that can assist me in obtaining a copy of this article.
